Winter has finally arrived rain and fog around, windscreen wipers and washers need to be in good condition, also heater controls and heater function. This session we will look at the various models and their pitfalls if any in these areas Good wiper blades are essential and also the correct washer fluid.

Do not use household detergent in the washer bottle this is the cause of many blockages that occur in the washer jets, only clean tap water should be used with a commercial specific brand of washer detergent. Heater taps can be a problem having not being used during summer, usually correct radiator coolant keeps them free to turn and off . Corrosion in the cooling system will cause heater core damage as the heater cores have very fine tubes.
